All products returned for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus any shipping costs incurred. (This covers sales persons and administration staff time and expenses)

Goods that are not in a new re-saleable condition cannot be refunded.

Goods that have damaged packaging will incur repackaging costs.
