All pump kits come on a pallet approximately 2000mm x 1050 and weight between 100kgs to 300kgs

Information

Due to the size of the consignment all pallets are delivered to your local freight depot so they can be unloaded and loaded with a forklift (generally TNT or Followmont). Unfortunately we can't keep track of all local freight depot addresses especially when a sub-agent is used in rural areas, but we do mark the consignment note with a message to give you a call when it arrives at the destination.

Please ensure you have a vehicle or trailer suitable to carry this size consignment.

Please inspect goods before signing consignment documents (especially check for broken solar panels), as no claims for broken/damaged goods can be accommodated after you sign this paperwork.

We generally ship within 2-3 working days of payment being received.
